User Access Rights

There are 3 levels of access into Timestead;

  • The Administrator
  • The Manager
  • The User

The Administrator and Manager have a similar layout on screen (UI) and can see he overall operation of the company on their dashboard. The only difference is that the Administrator’s access level (login) enables the configuration menu, whilst the Manager’s does not have access to the configuration menu.

The User, has access to a more limited view of operation. They can view their appointments/ events and jobsheets as well as the client’s database. There is also a reporting facility to search or query past events and jobsheets they have created or closed.

On creation of Employee, the access level has to assigned to the user (as Manager or User)
