Dashboard

The first thing a user sees when he/she logs in is the dashboard. Now not everyone sees the same dashboard. Dashboard access vary with user level. We will discuss more in detail user levels when we discuss the Employee’s section.

The administrator and the manager in general are the ones that see most of the dashboards and BI within the system. This allows employees with this level of rights to see and understand the operational direction the business is taking and to take corrective measures should they notice patterns that fall outside of the general direction the business usually operates within.

Dash boards also allow a user to drill down directly to the data they point to allowing the user to access the most important information real-time.
