New Features

Notification system launched

A notification system was introduced so that you are notified automatically when you sign in your Timestead account. Being new features, updates or account expiry details, you’ll be informed and alerted on the go. Take a look at the bell icon on your top left corner window of your Jobie account.

Introduced tax code and nominal code in system

Depending on your accounting software, you can now put your relative tax codes and nominal codes on Jobie. Click on the top right settings and choose on ‘Codes’. You can put all the related nominal codes and tax codes. Once you’ve inserted all the codes make sure you go on your ‘Jobsheets Types’ and Products lists and allocate the respective nominal code and tax codes.

Updated billing output with nominal and tax codes

If you set up all your nominal codes and tax codes per jobsheet type and products, your billing output will reflect accordingly.

SAGE billing output Beta Launched

We’ve introduced SAGE in billing output. If your accounting software is sage you can now output the billing into a SAGE friendly format. Set it up from your ‘Business Details’ – make sure that all your nominal codes and tax codes relate with your accounting package.

NB: This is a BETA feature and we’re still testing it, but feel free to give it a try – let us know if you experience any issues.

SHIREBURN SFM Billing output Beta Launched

We’ve introduced Shireburn SFM in billing output. If your accounting software is sage you can now output the billing into a Shireburn friendly format. Set it up from your ‘Business Details’ – make sure that all your nominal codes and tax codes relate with your accounting package.

NB: This is a BETA feature and we’re still testing it, but feel free to give it a try – let us know if you experience any issues.
